Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via our payment processor. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
All original content, design, and software on The Planet Today is owned by us or our licensors. News content and data are sourced from third parties under their respective licenses. You may not reproduce or redistribute our proprietary content without permission.
The Planet Today integrates data from external providers (ACLED, UCDP, Reuters, etc.). We make no warranties regarding third-party data accuracy or availability. Third-party terms apply to their respective content.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Intelligence and analysis content is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for financial, legal, or security decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Planet Today shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Planet Today operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
